Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of advanced AI models aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Machine Learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Drive research initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing systems for scalability, latency, and cost-effectiveness in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI products and managing complex technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
