- Represent ethical AI standards in stakeholder engagements and regulatory discussions

- Mentor ethics task force and drive cultural adoption of responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation algorithms and fairness metrics for deep learning systems
- Published work on AI governance frameworks or ethics policy development
- Proficiency with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level regulations)
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech or biotech sectors
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics or neurotechnology implications
- Certified in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) with policy advocacy experience
