Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid classical-quantum computing systems optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Develop and deploy scalable AI agents and machine learning models that integrate seamlessly with quantum processors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to define technical roadmaps and standards.
- Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with evolving global data regulations.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and decentralized ledgers.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize infrastructure for ultra-low latency and high-throughput environments in real-time.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, large language models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cryptographic protocols and blockchain technologies is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
