Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technical roadmap for AI and Quantum integration.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation algorithms capable of processing petabytes of quantum data.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with emerging AI regulations.
- Drive the research and deployment of hybrid cloud-quantum environments.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps for large-scale, mission-critical systems.
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related engineering field.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and future regulatory landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and quantum hardware providers.
