Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures that power our core products.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and 2026 technology standards.
- Research & Innovation: Lead internal research initiatives into next-gen algorithms, including neuromorphic computing and advanced reinforcement learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Prototyping & Validation: Build rapid prototypes to validate complex theoretical concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in quantum machine learning algorithms and quantum error correction.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
