Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with the C-suite to outline and execute the strategic vision for artificial intelligence integration over the next 3 years.
- Lead Research & Development: Oversee the R&D team in exploring emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust AI architectures that can handle high-volume data processing and real-time decision making.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and prototype new AI use cases that provide competitive advantages and enhance user experience.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product managers to translate technical strategies into actionable product features.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
