Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of high-performance AI-driven architectures and autonomous software ecosystems.
- Define Roadmaps: Create comprehensive technical roadmaps for the 2026 product vision, identifying emerging technologies like Agentic AI and Spatial Computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex future requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize system scalability, latency, and energy efficiency for global deployment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within high-scale tech environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in building Large Language Model (LLM) applications and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of emerging trends expected to mature by 2026, such as quantum-resistant cryptography or neural interface protocols.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and design flexible systems for unknown future use cases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
