You will be at the forefront of integrating next-gen AI with quantum-ready cloud ecosystems, solving problems that were previously deemed impossible.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will define the architectural standards for a future where systems are autonomous, adaptive, and infinitely scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex software architectures capable of handling high-frequency quantum computing data streams.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with emerging industry standards in neural networks and distributed ledgers.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize system latency and throughput, ensuring seamless user experiences in real-time AI applications.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic researchers to prototype and validate new algorithms before production deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or C++. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a strong grasp of neural network architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and devise scalable solutions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
