Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable microservices and AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data by 2026.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead the R&D for emerging technologies, including Quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and data science teams to align technical vision with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect our growing data assets in a decentralized future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture capacity.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- AI & ML: Proven track record of integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
