Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the scalable infrastructure for Project 2026's core neural networks and decision-making algorithms.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with top-tier data scientists to implement cutting-edge machine learning models and predictive analytics.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate technologies into a unified, high-performance ecosystem capable of real-time adaptability.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, identifying emerging technologies and potential risks.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++; proven experience with distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Project 2026 Specifics: Demonstrated ability to work on high-stakes, long-term research projects with a high degree of autonomy.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
