Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at scale.
- R&D Strategy: Drive research and development initiatives to integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into our proprietary platform.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code reviews, and architectural guidelines to maintain high standards of delivery.
- System Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions to handle millions of concurrent transactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Awareness: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and how to integrate ML models into production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
