- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling the massive scale of future global demands.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Drive Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives focused on experimental technologies, evaluating their viability for production implementation.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure system efficiency, security, and sustainability across all cloud environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and their integration into scalable web applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to foresee industry shifts and align technical strategies with long-term business goals.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
