Responsibilities
- Define the overarching architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures using cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing team of software engineers and system architects.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure best practices in security and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and data science, to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and edge computing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
