Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and strategic opportunities
- Lead a global team of researchers, engineers, and designers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive technology solutions
- Author white papers on the societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of launching futuristic initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in quantum computing, biotechnology, or advanced robotics
- Deep understanding of technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional public speaking and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
