- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and risk mitigation
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists while building external stakeholder networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Track record of influencing executive decisions through data-driven foresight
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFIP) preferred
