Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Classical Systems: Design and implement complex hybrid algorithms that leverage quantum computing power for real-world AI applications by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists to drive technical excellence.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and future technology trends.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize computational efficiency, reducing latency and maximizing throughput for our AI models.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, and security to integrate quantum solutions into the broader tech stack.
- Pioneering Research: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging quantum computing paradigms and AI evolution to ensure our platform remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#, Qiskit). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Quantum Knowledge: Strong understanding of quantum computing principles, quantum gates, and quantum error correction.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for tackling unsolved problems in computational intelligence.
