Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions aligned with the 2026 technical roadmap.
- Design and implement hybrid classical-quantum systems for complex industrial problems.
- Lead technical strategy, mentor senior engineers, and guide the R&D direction.
- Optimize quantum circuits and algorithms to minimize error rates and maximize performance.

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems architecture, preferably within high-performance computing or AI.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics fundamentals and quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA).
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Expertise in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology.
