Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 framework, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department to ensure code quality.
- Oversee the deployment of microservices and cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate strategic goals into technical execution plans.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and provide mentorship to mid-level engineers.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the development lifecycle.
- Drive the integration of AI-driven automation into legacy systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects with a focus on cloud migration and microservices.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data warehousing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
