Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure 100% compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Florida state electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project installations while mentoring junior technicians
- Conduct thorough system inspections and safety audits
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on integrated solutions
Qualifications
- Valid Florida State Electrical License (Class A/B/Journeyman)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expert knowledge of NEC 2020, Florida Building Code, and local ordinances
- Proficiency in troubleshooting VFD systems, PLC controls, and complex circuitry
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing project teams
- Advanced proficiency in electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools
