Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts and wiring.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical malfunctions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Perform regular safety inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License (State of Virginia).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
