Responsibilities
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical systems, motors, and controls.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade lighting fixtures, wiring, and switchgear according to National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Monitor automated systems and power distribution during night shifts to ensure facility safety and continuity.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on electrical panels and equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Document all work orders, time spent, and materials used accurately.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Safety: Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
