Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage service calls, estimate costs, and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with contractors on renovation and new construction projects
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles for optimal efficiency
Qualifications
- Ohio plumbing license (Class A or B)
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and PEX systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
