Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances such as water heaters and sinks.
- Inspection & Diagnosis: Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, or other issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts and installation locations.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environments (trenches, attics, crawl spaces).
- Tools: Own and maintain a personal set of professional plumbing tools.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
