Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection and fixture installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts and systems.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential issues and ensure full compliance with local codes.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and technical requirements.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on, full-time plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drainage, venting, and water heating systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and working in various environments.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
