Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide cost-effective solutions
- Adhere to Michigan plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Manage inventory, order materials, and maintain service vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Mentor junior technicians and participate in team training
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Plumbing License (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic skills in residential/commercial systems
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency calls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
