Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Perform basic demolition and site cleanup operations
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency (saws, drills, levels)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
