Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finish carpentry
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper PPE usage and hazard awareness
- Perform debris removal and site cleanup daily
- Load/unload construction materials efficiently
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform strenuous physical activity
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement
