Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with professional troubleshooting
- Inspect plumbing systems for code compliance and safety hazards
- Provide accurate estimates and detailed work reports to homeowners
- Maintain company vehicles and tools in pristine condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license or journeyman certification
- Strong diagnostic abilities with drain cleaning equipment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts 7am-5pm)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
