Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations, including framing, drywall, or finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.
