Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and wiring in accordance with local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults quickly and accurately.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
