Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, grading, and clearing debris.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and marking areas for installation or demolition.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods (standing, lifting, walking).
- Availability: Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Reliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
