Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Installation: Perform high-quality installation of new electrical equipment, wiring, and lighting systems according to NEC codes.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete work orders, time logs, and necessary reports after every job.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the day shift crew and management to ensure seamless project transitions.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and understanding electrical theory.
- Tools: Possession of a personal tool set (hand and power tools) is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
