Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Installations: Execute residential and commercial plumbing installations, including pipefitting, fixture replacement, and system repairs.
- Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for customers.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing transparent estimates and explaining technical details in plain language.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local Phoenix building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on systems to prevent future failures.
- Team Collaboration: Assist junior technicians and coordinate with dispatch for efficient job scheduling.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Tools: Reliable personal tool set and ability to pass a background check.
- Driver's License: Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
