Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Installations: Execute precise plumbing installations for new construction and remodels, including pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater setups.
- Diagnose & Repair: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve leaks, clogs, and system failures efficiently.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local Seattle and Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service by explaining technical issues to clients and offering solutions that meet their needs and budget.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized work van, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available for daily tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior apprentices and collaborate with other tradespeople on multi-disciplinary projects.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Washington State Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the plumbing trade.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Tools: Own and maintain a personal set of professional plumbing tools.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
