Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Diagnose complex piping issues using modern diagnostic tools and blueprints.
- Ensure all work complies strictly with San Francisco Building Code and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices and ensuring team standards are met.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations (San Francisco specific).
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
