Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and bathroom fixtures to industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with local Philadelphia and Pennsylvania building codes.
- Provide accurate written estimates and communicate clearly with customers regarding services and pricing.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent future issues and ensure system longevity.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials to ensure efficient job performance.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
