Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentice plumbers and ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes
- Prepare detailed estimates and project timelines for clients
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
- Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and tools
- Document all work orders and maintain client communication records
Qualifications
- Texas Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Emergency response availability (rotating weekends)
