Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently and accurately.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot piping systems, water heaters, and drainage fixtures.
- Adhere to all local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with the team to estimate project costs and material requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and urgent repairs.
Qualifications
- Current and valid State of California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
