Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, including water heaters, drains, and sewer lines.
- Diagnosis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Blueprints: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, drainage, and venting systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal safety regulations and building codes to ensure a safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients to explain issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Tools & Equipment: Properly handle and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid and current California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, soldering, threading, and using hydro-jetting equipment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
