Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours and finishing operations
- Install and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Perform structural framing and finishing work
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with foreman and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- Night shift availability and reliability
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of blueprint reading
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Trauma First Aid certification
