Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with OSHA certification
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and trenching operations
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and conduct equipment pre-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction phases
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper material storage
- Document daily progress and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
