Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, excavation, and material handling on night shift projects
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites

- Complete daily project documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Ability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic tool knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
