Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate power tools and equipment safely (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation
- Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for task execution
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
