Responsibilities
- Excavate, prepare, and clean construction sites using hand/power tools
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and compactors under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions for precise material placement
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks including concrete pouring and framing
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
