Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, formwork installation, and finishing with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Read blueprints and follow site-specific safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, welders) with material prep
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Perform site prep, demolition, and debris removal efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial construction experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexibility for 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
