Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation and site cleanup
- Operate machinery like forklifts, jackhammers, and power tools
- Maintain accurate progress reports and communicate with site supervisors
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams on rotating project sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability for consistent night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
