Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Safely operate power tools including jackhammers, saws, and drills
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment setup
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance on all night shift operations
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal between shifts
- Read blueprints and follow complex construction plans
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Experience with concrete and masonry preferred
