Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Assist skilled tradespersons with project-specific tasks as needed
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment to job sites
- Complete daily logs and report equipment/material shortages
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for critical overnight operations
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- No experience required – training provided
