Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized job site following OSHA standards
- Follow supervisor instructions to complete daily tasks
- Participate in safety briefings and hazard prevention protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work overnight shifts in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
