Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at job sites
- Operate power tools (saws, jackhammers, etc.) under supervision
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and demolition tasks
- Maintain equipment and report safety hazards immediately
- Follow OSHA protocols and safety guidelines strictly
- Complete daily progress reports and timecards accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (7 PM - 5 AM shifts available)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
